Hospital Policies
Appointments
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each patient on time. To make an appointment, please call 920-435-5000.

Bath, Nail Trim, and Anal Gland Appointments

For the safety of our staff, we require that all pets who make bath, nail trim, or anal gland appointments have proof of a current rabies vaccination available prior to the appointment.
Pet Arrival
Dogs - For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Please let us know in advance if your pet can be aggressive toward other dogs or if your pet is fearful of other dogs. We will make every attempt to keep you visually separate from other dogs right from the start to make your visit less stressful.

Cats - All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Small mammals, reptiles, and birds
- must be in a carrier, cage, or box as appropriate. Very large birds who cannot fit in the typical travel cage (i.e. Macaws or African Grey's) will be kept separate from all predator animals upon arrival to the clinic, or taken to an available exam room immediately.

Payment
We require full payment at the time services are performed. For your convenience, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, cash, and personal checks.

Financing - We offer Care Credit for payment financing options. Please visit www.carecredit.com for more information and to apply online.
