She has been a Certified Veterinary Technician for over 10 years, with much of her experience focused in emergency medicine and critical care nursing. For the past three years, she has been a valued member of the Gentle Vet team, where she is well known for her patience and gentle approach with patients. She particularly enjoys working through complicated cases and internal medicine puzzles, and loves helping others understand the “how and why” behind them.

At home, she stays busy with her own crew: Lucie, her 20-year-old tortie (and the love of her life); Duke, her 12-year-old puggle; and four mischievous young chickens. To unwind from the constant hustle, she enjoys relaxing with the kiddos and playing video games. Whether she’s outside in the coop or inside with a controller, she always has a little companion by her side.
