Meet Our Skilled Support Team

Ray was born and raised in Green Bay. He graduated with a B.S from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He loves working at Gentle Vet Animal Hospital because every day is different and the staff truly enjoys helping animals.

Martha the office manager, bookkeeper, and IT troubleshooter at Gentle Vet. She can also occasionally be found helping out at the reception desk.

Stacy has worked as a CVT for over 15 years, most of which was in the ER before coming to Gentle Vet. As a certified chaos coordinator, she loves a busy day with unexpected changes, especially when at the end of the day we can see a positive impact on a patient and their owner.

Danielle is a certified veterinary technician and has been with Gentle Vet since 2015. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son and going camping, kayaking, and caring for her chickens.

Nicole is a certified veterinary technician and received her Associate degree in Vet Tech from Globe University. She enjoys spending time painting, walking, raising monarchs in summer, and learning obscure historical facts.

Crystal has been employed at Gentle Vet since 2016 and a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) since 2017. Her interests include Dentistry, Anesthesia, and Phlebotomy.

As a Certified Veterinary Technician, she finds great joy in the small moments that make a big difference—like earning the trust of a scared puppy or helping a client better understand their pet’s care.

Heather joined the Gentle Vet Team in 2007 and went on to earn her Certified Veterinary Technician license in 2011. Even though she enjoys her job as a whole, Heather has a special interest in cat behavior and making their visits to the clinic less stressful.

She has been a Certified Veterinary Technician for over 10 years, with much of her experience focused in emergency medicine and critical care nursing.

Jennie has been working in the field since 2004 in a variety of settings and specialties, including research, emergency, ophthalmology, education, and general practice.

Cindy is a certified veterinary technician. She graduated from the Vet Tech Program at Madison Area Tech College in 1990. She enjoys working at our hospital because she likes the interactions between pets and their people.

As a CVT her favorite part of this job is getting to help a wide variety of species- and the people who love them. Everyday feels a little different, and she loves working with this team to care for so many animals. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, dancing, and listening to or making music.

As a newly certified Technician she has a passion for caring for my patients and their owners. One of her favorite aspects of the veterinary field is the opportunity for continuous learning- there’s always something new to discover?

Autumn has been a CVT since 2015, who loves the variety of her job from assisting in surgery, to providing client education in appointments, and has a passion to continue learning.

Emmalyn started her career in veterinary medicine in 2020, and earned her Veterinary Technician certification in 2024. She joined the Gentle Vet team in early 2026. She has a special love for cats and enjoys doing what she can to help make them as comfortable as possible while in the clinic.

Erin has been a veterinary assistant at Gentle Vet for the past three years, where one of her favorite parts of the job is never knowing if the next patient will bark, purr, chirp, or hiss.

While in either role, marketing coordinator or assistant, she focuses on communicating the values of Gentle Vet while helping educate clients about veterinary care, preventative medicine, and the services available to support their pets’ health.

Mallory has been at Gentle Vet for three years, where she is dedicated to being a reliable support for both clients and patients. She has built a reputation for always being available- whether it's guiding owners with clarity and a dash of humor or providing comfort to animals of every kind.

Her veterinary career began in emergency medicine in 2019.

My name is Jessica Ward, and I am a veterinary assistant. I started here at Gentle Vet Animal Hospital in the summer of 2011.

Melissa is a veterinary assistant with a lifelong love of animals and hands-on care. She is currently studying for her veterinary technician degree and is passionate about continuing to grow her skills to provide the best possible care to every patient and client she sees.

Ashley is a Veterinary Assistant at Gentle Vet since January 2026. She is bright, energetic, and adapts to new challenges well. With a readiness to learn and help all animals, she is ready to assist with all animals great and small.

Tiffany has been with our hospital for over 20 years. She loves seeing the client and patient interaction and love for their pets. She also enjoys helping assist in patient wellness, treatment plans, and exotic cases.

Having helped support the front desk at Gentle Vet for the past two years, she is often the friendly, welcoming face clients see when they arrive.
